Nice quiet hotel in a convenient location for the Yotsuya Sanchome station (2min walk). The hotel staff were very helpful and there is an easy to use luggage storage room. We didn't have breakfast but it is an option along with other meals in the restaurant. Although the rooms are small by European standards they are standard size for Tokyo. Everything worked perfectly and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Great shower.

The room was spacious enough for two people but it needed a good makeover, it was tired, with reading lamp secured with a tape and very nosy A/C that kept to wake us up during the night. You can find all amenities on the ground floor by reception and they leave clean towels in a bag on the door handle. We needed an earlier check-in and when I emailed them prior arrival I was told the availability can be confirmed upon arrival but at reception I was firmly told that check-in time is 3 p.m without any option for earlier time.
