The hotel is very clean and walking distance to the Tokyo station. Staff are very friendly. Checking in time is after 3 PM, early check in is priced at 2000 Yen each hour. Coffee and tea is available from 1 PM at second floor. Before check-in and after check out no longer provide to customers. Our room has a window but facing a wall. Room is decent size in Japanese standards.

Convenient location to Tokyo station for access to transportation option as well as shopping. Room was clean and good size. Washing machine in the room was convenient to have during our stay. Just stayed the 1 night before flight home. What a great hotel. Good straight walk to Tokyo station and one of the friendliest staff you’ll find. Really impressed with check in/check out. Room just big enough for 3 people. Clean. Would definitely stay again. The staff can definitely make your stay a memorable one.

Staff was great, many could speak 2-3 languages. The room was very clean and I loved how the toilet, sink, and shower were all separated. The toilet was in its own room with a little handwashing sink too. The location is good, near Tokyo Station and others with a bus stop right outside. I'd definitely stay again!

Our room was very large and comfy, the service was excellent, and the snacks and drinks in the lounge are a great addition. The location is perfect - a few minutes walk (almost all of it in an underground mall) to the Tokyo station, and a short walk to a few metro stations.
