Property itself was fine. Not much around it though. Room was the smallest of our visit to Japan and we stayed at four different hotels. Almost no walking room and the bathroom was tiny

The hotel was in a quiet location, but still within walking distance of a lot of bars and restaurants in Shinbashi. The only downside was it was a 10-15 minute walk to the train stations, two close by making the accessibility really good, but at the end of a long day of walking, this last walk home felt tough lol. Not the fault of the hotel - it is actually well connected - just the fault of the average 10,000-15,000 steps a day we were doing.

Overall is great, but it was under renivation for the guest lounge. I think they shouldbstates these facts in the notes some where would be at best.

The laundry + kitchen floor is not available until mid July, and the elevator is wrapped for construction purposes, and also the construction noise. Overall no clue why they still operating the hotel even under construction.
