Disappointed and frustrated

Booked this hotel and received email confirmation. When attempting to check in was told I didn’t have reservation and after being stranded on the streets of japan for over 2 hours finally found other accommodations. My card was charged however for my reservation and when attempting to call there was no answer or return call back concerning a refund. Currently disputing with my credit card for the amount charged.

가족과 같이 이동 세탁 등 편의시설 좋아요 처음 찾아가는데 호텔이 아니라 주위에 아는 사람이 별로 없어서 주위를 맴돌았습니다. 한국어 안내가 전혀 안되어서 번역기 사용해야 합니다.
