Great location in a quieter area of the city. It is walking distance to 2 metro stations and 2 different metro lines. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 5, especially knowing what Tokyo accommodation usually entails. The walls are a bit thin so we could hear the guests staying below and above us. We really appreciated the insuite laundry.

The property was fine and the layout convenient for 2 adults + 2 teenagers however the property felt soulless and definitely more like an apartment block than hotel. The name of the property is fairly misleading as this not at Tokyo station and just that bit too far to trek with a suitcase. The closest station line Hibiya doesn't go directly to Tokyo station.

Close to Tokyo Station

Location is good, close to Tokyo Station and an easy trip to Tsukiji Fish Market. Rooms were small and the picture showed a washing machine, however there wasn’t one in the room. They did have a coin laundry in the building.

We had a fantastic stay at MIMARU Tokyo Station East! The location was super convenient—just a short walk to Tokyo Station and close to great food and shops. The 2 bedrooms unit is comfortable. The living room with a sofa and a dinning table is comfortable for resting after a day of sightseeing and shopping. The hotel is in between two stations of the Hibiya line. It's very convenient. It is also a easy walk to the Tokyo station, Ginza and Nihonbashi areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our family enjoyed our stay at Mimaru Tokyo Station East. Thankyou.

Fantastic location for a family exploring toyko for 10 days. The rooms were perfect and spacious and the views we had on the 14th floor of sky tree was stunning. However surprised that we didn’t have service each day (beds made bathroom tidied up) considering we thought this was 5 star hotel. Personal for us the beds were incredibly hard and after a long stay were felt quite stiff. Wish they provided eye masks as the sunrise is early and the blinds are traditional. Overall the hotel was wonderful though, would recommend.

Perfectly large roomed and located hotel

We had a fantastic stay at the Mimaru Tokyo Station East. The reception staff were fantastic and offered their assistance many times, which was highly appreciated. Our room was large... extremely large for Tokyo standards. We had two separated bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family room and kitchen. We even had our own washing machine/dryer (which was well used). The location was close to several train stations, restaurants and coffee shops. We all loved our nine night stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is close to the subway. The people who work there are very helpful. The room I stayed had hardly any views to outside. I couldn’t tell if it was sunny or raining. The beds were not comfortable.

Great location. Plenty of space for our family of 6. The furniture was pretty minimalist, nothing fancy. Staff were lovely. Bed was hard but that was common in Japan. Slight smell in the toilet room.

Great sized room for our family of 6. So close to multiple subway stations and 15 walk to Tokyo Station (for bullet train). Good for quick train trip to Disneyland which was great after very long day doing 25,000 steps. A little bit longer to Shibuya but is fine. 7/11 in building. No gym or games room but otherwise good amenities.
