Love this hotel with its beautiful and super clean room. Convenient train station to connect you to the main travel spots and all the small market like 7-11, lawson and family mart just right around the corner which is a super plus. Amazing breakfast buffet options. Only thing that I wish this hotel had is it's own laundry facility otherwise almost perfect.

My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel's hospitality. Very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and a 5-minute walk to the train station was such a plus. The great thing about this hotel is that they have multiple locations throughout Japan. We booked the same hotel in Kyoto and no surprise-spotless!

Breakfast buffet was not worth the price . Food was bland and eating area was loud and poorly laid out . I would not stay at this hotel again . Front desk staff was polite. Shuttle bus driver was excellent and the rest of hotel staff should follow his example.
