My stay at Mercure Haneda was perfect for my first trip to Japan. I stayed twice (6 days total) and everything was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. The king bed was super cozy, the hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were kind and helpful despite the language barrier. Taichiro Suzuki was especially amazing! He helped with baggage forwarding and even handled the passes for me, which made everything so much easier. The location is great too, just 15 minutes from Haneda Airport and a 2-minute walk to the train. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.
