Bery nice hotel

Very friendly staff, full of amenities, very good breakfast, near to train station, clean and has a bathtub like a little spa. The room is small but very efficient and clean!

I stayed for five nights in three different rooms. Overall, my stay was enjoyable and comfortable, although the room felt a bit small for two people. The hotel offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks in the lobby starting in the evening. In terms of location, it's quite a walk from the hotel to Shinagawa Station.

Great find near Shinagawa and Sengakuji stations. Staff super helpful and pros. Would like more variety on the breakfast buffet. Luckily the Shinagawa station has the Atre’ with more options. Offers you access to the Shinkansen and Best Buy walking distance would stay here again as it’s a short train stopfrom Haneda

The room is clean and a good size, especially the bathroom, which is spacious and equipped with all amenities. The bed is large and comfortable. Perfect size for me. As a frequent traveler to Tokyo, I prefer locations away from the tourist areas, which is another advantage for me.

Very clean hotel less than 10 minute walk from Shinagawa train station. Rooms are a little tight but good enough for 2 people if you don't have too much bulky luggage, and very worthwhile for the price. Easy check-in and check-out, and front desk staff can speak English and other languages besides Japanese.

Very convenient location to Shinagawa station but 8 minutes is longer when you have luggage. Nice variety of breakfast. English speaking staff. Room is clean, has modern appliances size is just big enough for you to open 2 suitcases. 5 minutes from a 7 eleven, eating options are limited nearby so would recommend travelling further out by JR.

Perfect!!

Perfect!!! Clean and comfortable rooms. Amenities in the room and every day between 17-22 there is complimentary coffee and cakes in the lobby. Nearby two central trains stations, restaurants and more. Super friendly staff. One of the best stays I’ve had in years.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, spacious-ish compared to other hotels. The walk to Shinagawa station is pretty far, especially with luggage in tow. Takanawa Gateway is shorter, but there’s construction going on (Jan 2025).

Too noisy and tiny rooms.

Booked a Deluxe King room and whilst we appreciate all Tokyo rooms are small, we really struggled to managed with two suitcases in this room. I dread to think what the non deluxe rooms are like. The soundproofing was also non existent, we could hear talking outside and all road noise despite being on the 6th floor. This coupled with the awful pillows meant that we struggled to sleep in this hotel.

Our third stay in this hotel for our holidays. Construction still ongoing at the Takanawa Gateway City. Station entrance moved a little further away, although still nearer than walking to Shinagawa station. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening was great, as there are little food options nearby. Looking forward to our next stay.
