So clean and perfect room. Check in super easy they have a self check in machine which was very convenient to use. Handwritten note was sweet and gave me a free rubber duck to take home! Highly enjoyed my stay here.

Great location between Ueno and Akihabara, also a few blocks from Metro and JR Okachimachi. So not right in the thick of things but close enough for accessibility walkability: also great for shinkansen and mainline trains connections at Ueno Station. Plenty of coffee shops, conbini, izakaya in area outside - also the food streets between Ueno and Okachimachi stations. And of course Akiba... Hotel itself is compact, well-serviced and the customary helpful and attentive staff at reception. Laundry on ground floor. Auto check-in and check-out options. Check out at 11am which is a bonus. I had the smallest room which was perfect for me and great value, would probably get the next size up single next time, but tbh had everything I needed.

Pretty good staff, but rooms were just ok. Dont know why the room used fluorescent white lights, you can hear the road noise. Japan rooms are usually small, i stayed in plenty, but this one was even smaller and tighter.

This hotel was conveniently located in Akihabara, with Mcdonalds, Family Mart, and Lawson within a 3 min walk. Room was very basic but had all the necessities you need. (The walls were a bit thin though as we could hear the other guests in the hallway, etc). Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A washing machine and dryer are located on the first floor with the reception desk and lobby on the second floor. The elevator will stop at the second floor every time, which starts to get a bit annoying but I'm assuming it's for safety reasons/etc. Check out is at 11 which is an hour later than most hotels, which is great! Overall, the Okachimachi Urban Hotel was a great choice. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were so amazing and courteous! Our flight was delayed a bit, so we checked in right after the cutoff time, but they were so nice about it and helped us get checked in right away. The room itself was immaculate and size to be expected for a business hotel in Tokyo. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!
