The most heavenly experience! Elegant and luxurious. We were in a king room, which was palatial, featuring lovely balconies overlooking the imperial gardens. The service was impeccable from magically instantaneous day cleaning to discrete turn-downs, including bottled water and chocolate. The all-day restaurant includes a tasteful and comfortable outdoor terrace that was cool and shady even in the intense Tokyo summer heat.

This is a fantastic hotel overlooking the grounds of the Imperial Palace. Everything about this hotel is first rate. The concierge was especially helpful; kind, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful for first time visitors to Tokyo. The staff however, were the highlight, everything we requested and asked for was met quickly, and going above and beyond in some cases! I asked the staff downstairs if they can help me in finding baby goods for our son, they called up multiple chemists and supermarkets to ask and find out if they stocked the items we need. This is going to be top of our list to stay in next time we come to Tokyo!
