The Sheraton had lots of great amenities. Across the street from the monorail which was less than $2 to direct to Disney Sea and Disneyland. The hotel was nice but the carpet was worn in some areas.

First time visit to Japan and this hotel was AMAZING! Convenient to get to using the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and even getting to the subway from the hotel is super convenient. Will be staying here in the future when my wife and I go back to Japan.

I’ve taken my family here a bunch of times. The staff are always too notch and they really seem to care about the property and their guests. Highly recommended!

First time stay to visit Disney parks. Very convenient with easy access to Bayside station with shuttle or quick walk. Appreciate the bus service to Maihama station. Room was nice and clean and very comfortable. Saw Mt. Fuji for the first time from my balcony. Amazing!

Great place to stay, lots of dining options in the hotel itself. Facilities were great especially the onsen and laundry room. Not too far from Resort gateway station which is great, tip if you are staying for 3 or more days consider buying a pass for the monorail instead of a transport card. Only negative is theres no convenient stores or shops nearby to buy food or personal needs which you have to travel to Bayside station that will cost you 300Yen per travel with transport card.
