I just wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible experience we had during our recent stay at your hotel. It truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, your staff's helpfulness and friendliness were beyond anything we've ever encountered. Their dedication to service is truly commendable and made our stay so special. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, especially being so close to the Disney line! It made getting around such a breeze and added so much convenience to our trip. We also indulged in some delightful meals at your hotel restaurants. The food was simply amazing—every dish was a treat! The only hiccup was with the dryers, which took over two hours to dry our clothes before check-out, keeping me up past 2 AM. But honestly, that's a minor issue compared to all the wonderful aspects of our stay. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience. Perfect hotel for Tokyo Disney, right across street from monorail, staff is super friendly and helpful, has luggage services and the best breakfasts buffet I had. Will definitely stay again next time I go to Tokyo Disney

From the first day till the last day we checked out. I felt welcomed and treated with respect. I can never thank them enough. Staff made my vacation extra special thank you. I would most definitely come back to japan and stay at this amazing hotel.

The hotel is mediocre but the prices are high. We’ve stayed at much nicer places for much less. The biggest perk is being near to Disney.

Average Marriott rooms, expected more since it was in Japan and part of the Disney Resort hotels. Buffet (Spanish buffet) high priced for no reason. Breakfast buffet was two thumbs down. Cafe dinner was good and priced well. The Tak… restaurant was nice and accommodating.

Very large and upscale property. Would definitely return. Only complaint was the coin washer/dryer could be better. Multiple people onsite were complaining about how long it was taking to dry their laundry.

I needed assistance at this property and spoke with the Lobby manager. Although they did assist me, that is all they did, exactly what I asked, there was no follow up or check in to see that I was ok after the situation. All facilities at this hotel came at an extra cost. Mini golf extra, bathing extra. Expensive hotel to have extra costs. Be prepared it feels like they are just there making money from you. No care or empathy.

Stay was ok, buffet was not good quality. Hotel has pool but lots of rules, our kids had to wear a swim cap and couldn’t jump and splash around. For a Disney hotel I would say it’s just the convenience of being close to the park but next time would rather stay out and take the train and get better value.
