The hotel is in a very nice location and close to Shinagawa Station which is very useful to take the train to various places. The staffs were really friendly and helpful on the questions that we had. The room is very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay at this hotel again for our next visit to Tokyo.

A bit dated, clean, with a quite worn out and stained carpet in hallways; carpets in rooms could be better vacuumed, as smell from the carpet ruined excellent overall cleanliness. Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is good, fresh ,however is overpriced considering small variety of dishes. Location is exellent,big transportation hub; lots of lunch/ dining /shopping /entertiments options. Good for single/business travelers.

My new favorite. I've stayed here a few times before when the Princes were full, but it will be my first choice in Shinagawa from now on. Clean, efficient and well located. Much easier and more convenient to get around than the large hotels. It's very slightly further from Shinagawa station, but faster when you factor in not having to wait for elevators or walk long corridors. Also a free coffee lounge for early morning jet lag.

A great location - about 500 meters from Shinagawa station where you can catch a direct train to either Haneda or Narita airports, and the JR Yamanote loop line. Breakfast has lots of variety.
