Rooms are a bit small, but typical for Tokyo. Hotel was super conveniently located right next to Shinjuku Higashi station. Would recommend!

Located near a train station and useful bust stop. The property was more dated than the one I stayed at in Osaka prior. It was clean and the area was rather noisy with ambulance sound on the hour. It's Tokyo so I can't blame the hotel for that. I'll definitely stay at this chains newer properties that look the same as the one I stayed at in Osaka. I'd recommend this location only if you want closer access to Shinjuku sightseeing and shopping. It was a good stay overall.

Fantastic stay

Great single room for a solo traveler. Room was efficient and every space was well used without compromising comfort. Fantastic location. Helpful staff, excellent communication prior to my arrival in providing instructions on how to get to the hotel from Narita. Hotel breakfast at 1900 yen was a 7/10 in my opinion, but worth the convenience.

Great room at an unbeatable location.

Excellent hotel at an unbeatable location in Shinjuku. Check in was fast and easy, done on a machine that was available in English. The room is small, which is totally normal for Tokyo. It was well taken care of, clean, organized, and had everything we needed for our five night stay. Toiletries are available for free at the lobby. They even give you pijamas. It was very nice to come back to a nice room after a long day of walking around beautiful Tokyo. I would certainly book this hotel again.
