The room was perfect for our short stay, the hotel was clean and staff excellent, the only thing I would say is that is is next to the JR line, and shinkansen and you will hear trains come by every 1-2 minutes and quite loud, We were on the 13th floor and window facing the tracks, If you love watching trains this is a good Hotel, otherwise bring some ear muffs

Thank you to all the staff for being super friendly, patient, and helpful. You all are amazing! Our room was nice, the amenities were great, and the location was perfect.
