The service at this Super Hotel was good and much better than the previous Super Hotel we stayed at. Thanks to the staff for all there effort. There is a carbonated spring in the hotel. This is not a bad place to stay. However, there are a couple of improvement points: firstly the breakfast is essentially the same every day and is kind of not so nice - most of the actual dishes seem to be heavily processed and are not appetising at all and there is no normal bread only danish pastries. Secondly, it would be nice if they provided a set of proper pillows in the room as well as the one strange long one which is good for sitting but not for sleeping. You may need to compete for pillows if you stay here.

electronic door lock jammed while we were inside the room. no phone in room so couldn't call hotel staff. luckily managed contact with expedia via web chat n they called hotel to get us out n changed room. very rare case but would feel more safe if people inside room can reach staff via landline phone or message system, just in case.

The location is excellent - as is the Happy Hour and the breakfast. Parking was downstairs and really convenient and for only 1500¥ a night. On the downside the rooms are quite cosy and so happy we are small people with small suitcases.

Super Super Hotel

As a family of 3 we were given 2 adjoining rooms for our three nights stay in Akabane which suited us well. The rooms had everything we needed including a desk and en suite bathrooms. The sento and buffet breakfast were excellent bonuses which made our stay even better. Location was perfect with the hotel being right outside Akabane eki and close to amenities such as conbini, restaurants and don quijote.
