Comfortable stay and good service.

Beautiful hotel by the river with wonderful products in the room and a very comfy bed. The breakfast was outstanding. I was ill on my last night here with a sudden intense headache. My partner informed the reception and they gave him some medicine for me. In the morning, when he went for breakfast, they gave him two takeaway bags of breakfast food for him to take up to the room for me, and also checked on my health when we were leaving. The hotel roof terrace was beautiful with excellent views of the skytree. Thank you 😊

This was our first hotel in Japan and we loved it, room was a decent size, right by the river and easy to access other parts of Tokyo. Hotel was clean and very friendly. It’s a great hotel to base yourself. We would have stayed again when we came back to Tokyo for our flight home but was booked up.

Amazing hotel close to everything and only 15 min by train to Tokyo Station. We had the view of the Sumido river and Ryoguku stadium, where the Sumo Grand tournament is held when in Tokyo, a walking distance from multiple restaurants, parks, museums, shops, temples, etc, etc. I will return here if I come back to Tokyo.

Boutique Hotel in the Sumo district

This was a wonderful property to stay at when we first arrived in Tokyo. It's in the sumo district (Ryoguku), the hotel is nestled by the river. There is an elevated highway but you would never no it as the soundproofing is excellent. The metro is near by and there are plenty of food options in the area.

Overall a good Stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was quaint. The food was good even for a limited menu. The main frustration was transportation. Able to get to the different tourist spots from this hotel was hard. I had to use taxis a lot because of confusion with switching between rail and bus just to get back to hotel. Would stay somewhere closer next time.
