Overall a good Stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was quaint. The food was good even for a limited menu. The main frustration was transportation. Able to get to the different tourist spots from this hotel was hard. I had to use taxis a lot because of confusion with switching between rail and bus just to get back to hotel. Would stay somewhere closer next time.

Hotel was very clean and smelled so good! Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious and convenient, with a nice view of the river. Subway station very close by as well. Would come back to stay again!

not bad stay, but won't be our first choice

Overall is ok, check in wasnt as smooth as expected If hotel's check-in is listed at 3:00 PM, that means every guest, whether they arrived early or not, gets the same treatment, even 5mins early is not possible and you will get charge for additional night, when you arrives after 17hrs flights is very tiring to hear, despite that, we would like to shout out to the housekeeping team, who is outside the corridor waiting to clean our room everyday, and special thanks to Hirotsugu Matsuoka san thank you for making us feel so special and welcome on our return

This was our first time in Japan. The location is perfect to access multiple modes of transportation. It’s centrally located to many of the tourist spots. The staff were amazing and friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Property is very nice. The staff are nice. It’s not really too close to anything. Must take the train/bus to go to anything unless you want to walk. Went during rainy season, however the hotel was always warm and welcoming when you arrived
