Front staffs are so friendly and kind. Room is clean and efficient. A bit of distance from Asakusa station but convenient to walk around the Shitamachi area!

We arrived at night and the staff especially Mr ‘Suzuki’ were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Great home base for several days. The lobby has hot beverages and we were welcomed with cookies, candy, help with luggage transfers, and a manga library. Very walkable to amazing bakery, restaurants, temples, attractions and more. Our room was spacious and clean. There was a combo curling iron flat iron that was great for our hairdos before sightseeing photos. Highly recommend. Sent friends. Can’t wait to go again. Say hi to Suzuki for us - he makes you feel right at home.
