Room is spotless. We didn’t request for cleaning service but everyday they will provide towels and bottled water. Staff are very helpful. Location is very close to 7 eleven, Don, Quijote and Uniqlo. Metro is about 10mins walk. There’s free coffee/hot chocolate in the lobby and also free toiletries just incase you need one. Overall highly recommend.

Room is okay much smaller than expected. However never have I ever had to place my trash and used towels outside my room door so the cleaner would pick them up later. Probably is normal in Japan hotels? First time doing it. Also the floor seem to be not vacuumed for a couple days.

Overall, our stay was good. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to Asakusa station, and also close to the Skytree / Solamachi mall. The front desk staff was kind and attentive, and helped us with forwarding our luggage to Kyoto. Be warned that the pillows are buckwheat, which I found incredibly uncomfortable — they apparently have two other kinds of pillows in a cubby in the lobby for you to “rent”, but if they are al gone for the day, the staff does not have any extra to give you.
