I looked up the Japanese word for “Excellent” and the word was “suguru ta” or “Yuushuu” That is how I would describe our stay at the Prince Park Towers Hotel in Tokyo. My wife and I stayed there for 8 wonderful days trying as much of Japan as we could. And each evening we would come back to our home base and enjoy all that the Hotel had to offer. All staff were very attentive to our needs, even bringing me extra pillows and upgrading our room to an amazing King room overlooking the magnificent Temple to Tower and City skyline. Food was 5 star as was the service. We had Happy hour on the 33rd floor with a fantastic Vista. Breakfast was always a treat as we were happily greeted by all staff. We felt so welcome and special. Thank you and your staff for a truly top level experience. Oh the Bathroom amenities are very high quality. Don’t tell anyone, but book room 2716 for a fantastic view of the Tower. I would offer more than 2 thumbs up 👍 if I had more than 2 thumbs!

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was truly exceptional! The service and staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The complimentary shuttle to the main town was a fantastic perk, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel boasts breathtaking views, and the breakfast was simply fantastic—plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. We booked three rooms, and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the standout features was the shower—perfect water pressure and temperature, complemented by a stunning view from the bathroom into the bedroom. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and luxury. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

Perfect romantic getaway

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Located near Akabanebashi Station, it’s very convenient for getting around. The corner room offers a stunning view of the Tokyo Tower, creating a truly romantic atmosphere. The bed is comfortable, and the room is spacious, complete with a closet for your luggage. The bathroom features an amazing view, and the tub is perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend staying here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Prince Park Tower Tokyo, and it was nothing short of spectacular. My room offered a breathtaking view of the iconic Tokyo Tower, which was a highlight of the stay. Waking up to the sight of the tower illuminated at night was an unforgettable experience. Not 5 star quality

I’ve spent thousands of dollars on Hotels.com and I was not allowed to do early check in at 1230pm. Room was low quality, no upgrades. Bathroom shower had a lot of mold, and grime. There was no hot water in the shower. There was no room service food menu, my girlfriend was extremely upset she could not order food from room service. I did not feel safe on my hotel floor. There was a group of suspicious, young men running around the hall ways, and sitting outside of rooms. I did not know if they were criminals. There was no security at hotel to patrol or monitor floors.

Some areas in the washroom could be better cleaned. Definitely feel a bit dated in guest rooms for a 5 star hotel. Common areas are awesome and service is top notch.
