It was ok. The morning buffet doesn’t have an espresso machine. They come pour black coffee if you want to, I’ve paid for the breakfast in advance, but I didn’t use it at the end only once, lacking selections. Check-in took a long time the longest I’ve had in any Asian country. The hotel is old, but clean and maintained. The reason you want to come here is to have a view of Tokyo Tower, that’s about it. There’s an issue with them charging $100 extra a day for putting a liner on our futon. They entered our room without permission once. If you’re in love with Tokyo tower go to this place, we will not be returning.

Hotel was ok, could do with a modern uplift, view of Tokyo tower, staff great. Gym needs to be 24 hours , 6 am is a late start for people traveling and wanting to see and do everything. Bowling was great but again needs longer hours as they close at 8pm we went to bowl at 7.15 and they would not let us start. Last entry was 7 pm . Disappointing.

Lovely hotel after a very long flight from Europe. Comfortable beds, great blackout blinds. We were surprised that the hotel would charge extra to use the spa or the pool. In the end despite it being a reason to choose the hotel, we didnt use these facilities. Maybe we booked in a hurry but this could have been made clearer when booking. We were also disappointed to be informed that there were renovations to the terrace, which meant we couldn't see the view.
