Hotel inside was aesthetically pleasing, woth fountains inside giving a soothing effect. View of Tokyo tower from room was stunning. Room was large- had 3 comfortable beds for family of 3. Very clean, special ladies and men care kit, Buffet on 33 rd floor was very good Japanese and western options. Japanese breakfast was in basement floor was quaint. Lawsons convenience store in the basement was a big plus too. Shibakoen station for subway walking distance.Very safe neighborhood.

Beautiful hotel inside and out, very foreign traveler friendly, gorgeous view of the Tokyo Tower, the park near is also very pleasant to see & walking through. Some subway/ train lines are a bit of hike to get to.

Loved our stay

Great quiet room with high quality all throughout. Excellent service, views of the tower, breakfast buffet is also really awesome. Gym and spa are also excellent.

This property needs to be updated the rooms and some of the facilities are outdated for the price we paid, they over for charge you for using any of the amenities we try to use the lounge and they wanted to charge us around $150 usd per person to just seat in the lounge we ended up sitting in the bar to avoid paying for this outrageous fee instead. The bartenders forgot to order our food and our drinks twice, they take way too long to make drinks. Needs better service in the lounge area. To use the spa the also charge a fee. It is not a five star hotel at all.

Check in process was really slow and confusing. Inexperienced club lounge host. Room was very outdated. Especially disappointing given the price of over $1000 per night. There was also mold in the shower. Had a late evening flight home and asked if we could quickly change clothes in the club lounge bathroom but weren’t allowed access. Even after the hostess said we could earlier in the day. Overall, a surprisingly bad experience.

Slightly ageing property but rooms seem to have been renovated and the suite we stayed in was vast. Be careful when booking for children as we did not end up with a bed for each child despite being clear how many were in our party and despite the room being big enough for a lot of beds! The view of the tower from the bar is amazing but getting into the bar or restaurant on the top floor is a frustrating experience, and children are not allowed in the evenings.

Clean and tidy room, felt a little outdated for the price though. Great location with views of the tower. Had the premium lounge included which was good but closed at 10pm. We enjoyed our stay and lots of restaurants around the hotel.

We booked the king panorama corner view room, and there was an extra 15,000 yen fee per night. But it was absolutely worth it, the view of Tokyo Tower was spectacular. Staff were very friendly and polite, however the food and service at Sky Stellar Garden Bar was just ok since there were too many people (those are not hotel guests) and it took us about half an hour to get the check.

Incredible staff, amazing hotel, stunning view

Wow! This hotel is stunning and I really felt special from the moment we got there. The friendly staff insisted on taking our bags and had them in our room before we got up. Circumstances allowed for us to check in early and we were absolutely blown away by the view. Thank you for making us feel like royalty on our last day of our honeymoon trip! <3

Amazing view of Tokyo Tower and the surrounding parks and temples. Surprisingly though not the most convenient in terms of public transportation and services. The hotel is not really a five star hotel more like high three to four stars. Not impressed with the breakfast for example.

Perfect if you’re going off peak

The hotel was full and there staff or facilities are clearly not capable of coping when the hotel is at capacity. No tables available in any of the restaurants and a 30 minute wait for breakfast. I’m sure it’s a lovely hotel but the staff were too stretched and the lines for check in, check out and restaurants too long for a 5 star hotel

We had an excellent stay at Prince Park Tower Tokyo! The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The Japanese breakfast was delicious!! I used the laundry service and that too was excellent! I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I come back to Tokyo will definitely stay here again!!
