It was my first time in Tokyo, and my stay was splendid. The staff was very patient and friendly. I would sometimes amuse them with my little japanese and google translator. Would definitely stay here again while in Tokyo. My only suggestion is to consider implementing a lunch and dinner component. The keikyu-kamata station is a few minutes walk with many surrounding restaurants making a convenient stay for new comers to Tokyo.

We loved this hotel. It looks new to us. Next time we will stay here longer. Bed is comfortable and they provided two pillows for each guest. Very clean and nice room. Staff are so helpful and kind. It’s a 3 min walk to train station to Haneda airport and not too far from dining and shopping areas.

Staff was no so polite as could be expected normally in Japan. I couldn’t take complementary breakfast before checking out as there were no items available which I could eat. Staff told me you could select only three items among the bread sandwiches with beef, pork and other NVs and some juices which I can’t take. There were no varieties available, even plain bread and corn flakes which are the part of any regular menu for breakfast. This was so disappointing. Above and all the politeness and gentleness are utmost important which were lacking. Thank you,

Nice clean property about 5 minute walk from Keikyu Kamata station. Good security as you need key to get to your floor. You can buy a small breakfast but I didn't try it. Lots of restaurants in the area. About 10 minutes to Haneda airport
