Extremely impressed with the service. We had let them know it was our 10 year old granddaughter‘s birthday. She was excited about coming Japan. There was a welcome note and also a birthday gift for her. I would highly recommend this hotel.

If you want to be in the centre of it all, this is for you. Shinjuku is busy busy busy. Like Times Square x 10. I found it a bit too busy for me as I had been in Japan for over 2 wks at that point and needed something a bit more chill. For example, my walk to the 711 for snacks was a bit of an ordeal. Also, i may have just been my room by my window only opened a smidge and was patterned so couldn't see out of it. On the plus side, the hotel is centrally located to everything and the desk staff were simply fantastic.

The hotel was located within a short walk from Shinjuku Station. The room was clean though very basic. A little writing desk would have been nice though, even if I had booked a single room. For the price I paid, the room was very small but decent enough to stay in since I was out of the room most of the day anyway. There was no view of the outside at all. The "window" was actually a frosted glass panel that could swivel a very small angle to let some ventilation in. The hotel was thoughtful enough to provide a pair of earplugs because for the 3 nights I was there, sirens and ambulance loudhailers happened at least 2-3 times per night. I found the sink tap a challenge to use because I could only use it at high pressure. So I had to turn it towards the bath tub to avoid excessive splashing.

Hands down the best Expedia find ever! The location is very convenient, it’s extremely clean and the public spaces are excellent with a great vibe. The quality of the amenities are above average as is the layout and feel of the rooms. The staff is incredible, very friendly and helpful. You would be remiss to skip this property on a visit to Shinjuku!

Hotel is located in the Shinjuku area. I found the June Shinjuku area to be overwhelming. But if you look for areas on the small streets, you can find a whole different world outside of the craziness in Shinjuku.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. They are young, energetic and responsive to every customers. I m a solo traveller and have stay 4nights there. Room is relatively big when comparing same level hotels and got all I need. Transport JR, railways are in walkable distance. Stores next to hotel open 24/7. Super convenient and safe , it is good for budget trip and solo travellers!

We loved this hotel! The rooms are not large, but they are so well-designed and functional that we preferred it to larger, “fancier” rooms we’ve booked in other cities! The beds and pillows were comfortable. We are used to sleeping in a king-size bed, so we booked twins and put them together. The location is fantastic — short walk to subway and local attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our room and replenishing towels and amenities. Loved the access to a large fully functioning kitchen so we could easily whip up a meal instead of always eating out. Free coffee, tea, juice and pastries in the morning, including vegan-friendly buns! Plus drip espresso and water in the room. Communication prior to the trip was exceptional - fast and responsive. While checking in they provided us a prepared list of recommendations for vegan restaurants, as I’d shared prior to our trip that this would be helpful. Thanks for making our stay in Tokyo so comfy!
