Worst place ive stayed. Got extremely sick on my second day. The room was outdated and musty. Beds were small and i swear the vacuum was running 24/7 absolutely ridiculous. Not a peaceful moment of rest at all. Housekeepers were cleaning all hours of the night so all you hear is banging and vacuuming....someone came into my room after the wife left. I asked her what she forgot, didn't get a response at all. Who ever it was hurried and left. Called the wife to ask if she came back and she said not at all. Bathroom is so small. Like a child could use it comfortably... but not an adult. Hotel says no smoking, but halls reaked of pot... fridge didnt work.

Overall, it was a good experience. The pool was really nice for the kids. The rooms were okay, the fan in the bath didn't work, the bathtub plug was removed. The place smelled of a bit of smoke. Check-in took longer than in other Comfort Inn locations used. Breakfast was okay too, waffles, yogurt, eggs, biscuit, sausages, gravy, toast, juices, etc. Other location stays have been a bit better.

The staff were exceptionally nice, especially working during the tha thanksgiving weekend. The whole place smelled a little stale, and our room had clearly been a smoking room at some point in the past. They did a pretty good job of getting the smell out, but there is only so far one can go without ripping up carpet and walls. Great value for those just stopping through.

My reservation was paid in full. I called the front desk on 11/13 at 9:35 pm and informed them that i would be arriving early in the morning of 11/14, 3-4 am. When I arrived at 4 am, my room had been cancelled and the front desk was of no assistance at all - indeed, I was threatened that they would call the police. I will never recommend this location again..... and if you pull up my past visits you will see I've been there frequently. I had a presentation at the Toledo Barr Association, as I am an attorney, this morning 9 am 11/14 and I made sure to share my experience with colleagues. The Hotels.com associate was very helpful, but the front desk would not take his call - twice, I witnessed.
