Decent hotel. But you may have issues

Sort and sweet. All the reviews about the air conditioning not working are real. We got in late and were only staying for one night so it wasnt worth complaining about. But traveler beware. And the hotel itself is near the local trash dump. Luckily there was no odor.

The room was comfortable and clean but we've never stayed in a motel/hotel that did not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby. We bought their "Starbucks " coffee for $4.25 each, weak and undrinkable.

Terrible customer service

Customer service at this hotel was terrible. The bar service at the bistro was a joke. Out of things to make the drinks on their menu. The "bar tender" yelling across the lobby to the Front Desk clerk to ask where things were. Asked the Front Desk for a second packet of coffee for our room so we could both have a cup and were told that they were out of regular coffee. The supply door was left open and we saw a could see 2 large boxes of regular coffee when we passed by. Staff appeared quite lazy and spent must of their time on their cell phones. There was a large stain on the ottoman in our room. Had to cover it with a towel.

Recommended

The check in and check out staff were both very friendly. The young man that checked us in informed us there was a problem with our original room and said he wanted to change us to a new room. He asked if we had a floor preference, and then said we could leave the luggage cart outside the room and he would come get it. My only issue was the room had 2 bottles of body wash and a bottle of conditioner in the shower, and no shampoo. But luckily we always bring our own for backup.
