Had to leave for a different hotel after checking in and finding no cold water in the sink, bathroom door had holes and wouldn’t close, and toilet clogged upon entry. Called the front desk to let the dude know we were leaving because of the conditions and he didn’t offer another room or anything. Just thanks for letting us know. He also had a kid at the desk with him who was asking to leave. Strange place and a total weirdo.

The staff was polite, kind, professional and welcoming. The room was clean and breakfast was plentiful. Unfortunately one of our neighbors was smoking and the smell came through our walls, and we had a child with us, but that isn't the hotel's fault so the five star remains.

Not variety nor had individual butters or cream cheese (they were both put together in the same container) Accessible room didn’t have enough towels or trash cans, shower was hard to turn on. There was not enough accessible parking spaces nor one close to the room.
