Not kept up. Paint flakes along the walls. The shower curtain was apparently not cleaned for weeks if not months. The roads leading to the location has not been repaved or repaired for years. The sign for the entrance is not visible from the road.

The front office staff was very polite, the office was clean and well lit. The room was clean, the bed was a little small. the sink didn't work and during my stay the light went out in the bathroom. The mini fridge worked great, and the microwave did too. It needs some small fixes but was right for the price. .

You get what you are paying for. The breakfast was toast or cereal with milk and some juice that wasn’t even a 1/4 of the way full. Room wasn’t great as it was a smoking room and you could smell. Also the smell was worse when you turned on the air/heat. Plus it was very loud.
