The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. There were more outlets in the room than most, which is helpful in the digital age. Breakfast was good. The price was better than lower quality hotels at which I have had nightmarish stays for a higher price. I am finding Holiday Inn Expresses at virtually every out of the way place I visit, and I am having a consistently good experience at Holiday Inn Express. They certainly are doing something right in their staffing. I am becoming a big fan of Holiday Inn Express.

Property is relatively new, everything is clean. Bed was little on the firm side, but that is personal preferences. Decent/okish breakfast in the morning. Coffee was good. Disappointed that through 3 days of stay, my bed was not made a single time. So I think room service is poor. Otherwise a decent hotel.

When we first arrived, and went to our room, the hotel smelled like urine. Maybe a dog peed on the carpet. It was bad. We asked for a new room. They gave us a handicap room. The door to the bathroom was too heavy and didn't slide properly. It made going to the bathroom and showering uncomfortable. The hotel was not full. This was unnecessary to put us in this room. We won't stay here again. We will be visiting this area often because our son is attending college here.

Stay here quite a bit for business. It is a very nice comfortable hotel. A better option than the others in the area.
