When I went to take a shower, I always take the towel and shake it in case there’s any kind of bugs or whatever and when I looked into it, there was a clump of hair and one towel, the other one I opened it up and I seen another strand of hair in that towel, it’s sad that you spend all this money for a room and the workers can’t even do their job right?

The guy at the front desk was super friendly and check in was a breeze. He gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Breakfast was great, the cinnamon rolls were delicious. Nice variety and hot food. Rooms were clean and comfy, only bad experience was heavy footed neighbors above us that made noise all night but not the hotels fault
