Charming hotel in the old town with exceptionally friendly staff. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was really good. Breakfast was also great, offering a variety of options.

Really nice staff, super friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 11 which met all our needs. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows super comfortable. The location was excellent and close to one of the two escalator systems to bring you up and down from the top of the town. I didn’t research ahead of time but walked from the train station with bags through the beautiful bridge and gate. That was a good workout so recommend the escalator. Taxi’s inexpensive and multiple busses bring you very close to the room for 2 euros. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant that consisted of a three course meal with a beverage for 22 euro's and was tasty. We would stay again as the property was well managed. The AC never seemed to get very cold but seems typical of other stays in Spain. If you’re a quiet sleeper maybe get an inner room. Staying in a vibrant city in the midst of all the sights you will always have typical noise. We understand and expect that.

This hotel is in a fantastic location just two minutes from the cathedral. The room is spacious and the breakfast was excellent. One thing to note: driving to the hotel to drop off luggage requires navigating winding, narrow streets with poor signage, so we opted to drop our car off at their recommended parking garage and then walk to the hotel. Unfortunately, several of the elevators in the parking garage are permanently disabled and the walk to the hotel was mostly uphill.

Perfect location

Just a few steps away from the Zodover Plaza and all the restaurants around it. It's already on top of the hill, with access to all touristy hop on hop off buses and trains. It is a modern hotel within a traditional structure. It is clean, fresh smelling, and the room had all the necessary amenities. It also has a bar and restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to it in my future travels to Toledo.

Great location and walkable to everything. There is a small grocery store across the street and lots of restaurants in the area. The mini fridge and great air conditioning were appreciated. We did not have the breakfast since we found a great little spot (Jerusalem) nearby for coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

Excelente relación precio-calidad, realmente me sorprendió y superó mis expectativas. Si vas a Toledo a ojos cerrados elegir este hotel. Habitación limpia, elegante, cómoda, cama confortable, baño moderno, agua caliente impecable, solicité una habitación silenciosa y la tuvimos. Aire acondicionado. Ubicación: inmejorable, a minutos de los sitios de interés. Frente a un supermercado y a minutos de las escaleras automáticas que te suben a la ciudad. Servicio al cliente: alta calidad, Belén nos hizo sentir especiales con su trato cálido, nos ayudó en todo lo que le solicitamos. Pudimos hacer late check out ya que había flexibilidad ese día. hotel itself is good but it's a bit hard to find and it's hard to find parking，anyway overall it's hard to find parking inside old city. Staffs are nice and kind，gave us discount on parking ticket and a small cute gift when checking out.
