The hotel is lovely and in a cute part of town where there are other restaurants. The view from our room looked out on the river and it was very quiet. Bed and room itself was great. Food in the restaurant was adequate and convenient. Our room and the hall outside the room smelled like fire and for a while we thought there might be a fire somewhere in the hotel. Not sure what that was about but it was a bit disturbing. Front desk staff were a bit unfriendly-one completely ignored me when I approached. The other checked us in and forgot to program our room key so we got stuck in the elevator trying to get up to our room. Valet sent a message providing a quick link so we could get our car when we were ready but the link never arrived on my phone and it took us some extra time to get the car. All in all the experience at this location was not up to our standards and we probably will not stay against
