One of reasons for giving this property a 3 rating is because of the beds. They were very uncomfortable. They had some kind of box spring that squeaked if you moved at all during the night. Their breakfast was just ok. On a positive note the daytime staff was really good.

The fitness room had three pieces of equipment and was without free weights and/or a lock on the bathroom door. The water system in there needed a new filter. The room was fine. Wall mounted shampoo/conditioner/soaps. Spring mattress, few bugs (ants, spiders). Window actually opened and was without screen. Heat worked nice. Decent water pressure in the shower. Nice 8cu ft fridge and mini coffee machine in room.

More Honesty at Booking!

I did not recall being notified up front about a 100 deposit on a payment card until I got there. The wouldn't take my Apple Card because it had no visible numbers. I had to overdraw my own debit card to check in. This needs to be made much more clear at booking. Also, there was no carpeting in the room. It was all some sort of tile. Not comfortable at all. The room was tired and needed painting. Half the electric outlets didn’t work for my device chargers and the internet did not work at all - connected but with no data. And there was a chirping fire alarm in the hall outside my room. Thank god for a white noise app on my phone. Would not recommend.

The rates are too high for this property, the bed was hard as a rock, wasn’t able to sleep. The heating system didn’t work well and wasn’t able to turn off. The place needs some remodeling or upgrades not worth the prices.

This was the worst experience I have ever had…when you are trying to sleep and you come face to face with a huge bed bug! I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this property!
