⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle was on time and convenient, which made my travel much easier. The breakfast had a good variety, and the hotel location was peaceful with nearby shops and Aeon Mall just a short ride away. Highly recommend this place for travelers flying in or out of Narita Airport!

Compared to when it was Radisson, which was wonderful, I’d say it’s now at the level of a Motel 6 or Comfort Inn & we were very disappointed. Room was never actually cleaned, only towels changed & sheets changed when asked. There was mold in the grout of the shower & sink, I bought bleach spray & sprayed it. Room was very humid & all we could do to control the temperature was adjust the speed of the fan. Hotel did have a stand fan we used. Beds were very hard. Pictures on the website are the same as when it was the Radisson. Restaurant in the hotel is now buffet only, & was not good. Bar is only open on weekends. Food at the bath house was not good either & was very confusing on how to order. Finding staff to help was very challenging. Unsure if the deli/cafe was actually open. Thankfully multiple restaurants in the nearby area that were good & the 7eleven in the hotel had snacks for purchase. There were also a few convenience stores & grocery store within walking distance. Due to number of tour buses coming in & out the 7eleven seemed to struggle on keeping coolers stocked with food. “Bus” to the mall & Keisei-Narita station is a van with limited space, when it was the Radisson it was similar to the highway bus. Concierge desk was almost never staffed. Staff never came to assist with luggage from any bus whether it was their airport bus, tour bus, highway bus, etc. Overall very disappointed & won’t be returning. Since changing owners hotel went way downhill.

I wouldn’t say the property is bad, but it is incredibly outdated. It’s also located in the middle of nowhere. That being said they do have shuttles that can bring you to downtown Narita and to the airport. We personally only use the one at the airport and was quite happy with that choice. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again, but it was OK.

The property is a little dated but clean and spacious rooms. Staff were lovely and there is a convenience store open till 11pm inside the lobby. You receive 1 ticket to adjacent onsen which was wonderful. Onsen has restaurants, bars and bathing too which was amazing! The air conditioning was not very good for a hot night but it was passable for the price I paid. My only complaint was that the shuttle bus is only every 2 hours ….i had just missed one so had wait and a taxi was $50 to get to the hotel as its not super close to the airport.

This hotel is a bit old school but i love how they have so much to do. There’s a pool and a spa and also a seven eleven inside the hotel which gives easy access to late night food and snacks. Overall a lovely environment with friendly staff.

I wish I knew that the hotel could accommodate with giving us an extra bed with extra fee at the time of booking. Their own site as well as Expedia was clear that they won’t do so we ended up booking and paying for 2 rooms for 2 adults and one child (11 years old), We used to like this hotel, it was old but has certain charm on it. Now it looks to me that they want to sell and market especially to Chinese tourists. The facility was noisy and crowded. Unfortunately I don’t think i can recommend to anyone.

I only had an issue with my first room. They changed me the next day and so much better. Everything the hotel offers is amazing. The tourist are the worst. But the staff were amazing, especially the front desk! They helped me and I am grateful for them. Thank you!
