We stayed for a week at this hotel an everyday we had clean towels and beds made, the staff were very helpful and they all spoke fluent English so it was easy to ask any questions, they had free breakfast and their is a little 7 eleven in the lobby for easy quick snacks , their spa was very clean and the staff was welcoming it was close to the narita airport which is where we flew in and flew out of their shuttle buses were so accommodating getting us to and from Tokyo station and the airport pretty much recommend!

Breakfast is a little expensive compared to others. Wouldn’t make this your main place in Japan just beginning or end as the Tokyo bus costs 10$ per way and last bus is at 9pm but really nice stay with free shuttle to Narita airport Narita city.

The hot springs were perfect for an end of trip wind down and the staff was very friendly. They let us check out a bit late which was helpful since our flight was later. There is a 7-11 on site which was very convenient. The hotel rooms could use a bit of an update but worked well for the short time we were there. We took the shuttle and you need to look at the times because they don't run as often as some other hotels but I'm also assuming this hotel is a bit further from the airport. We had no complaints.

The staff was great, convenience of having a small 7/11 attached was nice and the free shuttle from and to the hotel/airport was so helpful. Only thing was, and not sure if this pertained to all rooms but at least with ours, beds were uncomfortable and felt like springy boards plus you couldn’t actually control the temperature of the room just a low/medium/high options which high felt like a super low… probably because the air filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in a while. We were only here for 1 night so we chose this based on other reviews but we were hoping to have our last night be super comfy and relaxing but the accommodation made it feel the opposite.
