This is a ‘townhome’ style apartment with the entry foyer, living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry on the first floor. Then upstairs you will find both bedrooms, a cozy reading area and a half bathroom. Total square footage approximately 1,200 (see floor plan photo for a better idea of the layout).
