Beds are firm but comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The check in was brutal. We waited in a long line up and a manager kept coming over but didn’t help the poor woman at the front desk who was by herself. He was standing near by on his cell phone the whole time. Line up was almost out the door. No snacks to purchase like chips etc. 1 bag of bbq and 1 pringles. No where near by to purchase anything. Industrial area. Second night was brutal. The had us in an adjoining room. The hotel was empty for a Sunday night. The put a couple beside us. We heard EVERYRHING. They were up all night yelling and screaming and moving furniture around. I called at 1:30am for assistance. She called the room which I could hear them talking to the front desk. She called my room back and said “they said they weren’t telling” I responded of course they did what did you expect to come out of that? They quieted down for 20 minutes so I was able to fall asleep again. Then I was up at 2:45,3:30,4:15,5,6,7 and got up at that time. Terrible.
