Wrapped around with big windows in the back makes the living room so special that feels you are outside while you are inside. Beautiful and all green landscaped front yard and backyard. Lots of landscape in the backyard makes it feel like the real garden in heart of Richmond Hill in South Richvale. ( no basement. Lower level is occupied by the owner of the house.) if require full house including the lower level, please ask your host for more. Please note: You must read, accept, and acknowledge the house rules. If you do not confirm your acceptance and message your host within 24 hours of your initial inquiry or booking confirmation, your reservation will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.

My group of 6 people stayed for 3 nights and had an absolutely amazing time! We attended an event each day but the accommodations while we were there were excellent! The hot tub, the sauna, the backyard and the spacious rooms..... checked all the boxes and absolutely made our stay!I can't say enough about our host - Maddie! EXCEPTIONAL customer service! He went above and beyond our expectations and we will definitely be back next year! We are already looking at some of his other properties. Thanks Maddie!!!

Very enjoyable stay

We had a 3 week booking and had a very comfortable stay. The location is very good. Close to Hwy 407, Longo's and other markets. Very quiet street located amongst larger expensive homes. You have the main upper floor with the owner - Mahrad ( Maddie ) who lives on the lower floor. He's very handy if you have any questions and helpful. I will return again in the future.
