Amazing plane watching

Pretty good hotel for the price. The best parts were the saunas. The pool was decent but the hot tub was not hot. I think the selling point is how close it is to the airport. It’s a great location for plane watching especially at night as the planes fly right over the hotel to land. Also surprisingly quite for how close the planes are.

We stayed here from 11pm - 4am while waiting for a flight connection. No issues with our room, it was clean, in good repair, and modern. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the restaurant closed at 11pm, and we were very hungry. We were happy to see three sandwiches available for sale and some other snacks and drinks. It was disappointing to discover that the ham and cheese sandwich was made with no butter, mayo, or mustard. It was literally 2 pieces of deli ham and 2 pieces of cheese between 2 pieces of bread. I admit, it was better than nothing, but it wouldnt take much effort to improve it! We had a shuttle at 4am. It would have been appreciated if a pot of coffee had been available in the lobby. Instead there was a machine that required you to have change. I had to ask for milk or cream. It was wonderful to have the hotel shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, especially as we were very tired after a long day of travel. The driver gave very good service, and made it clear he expected a tip. Fortunately, I had some Canadian money to give him each way. I recommend this hotel, and I'd stay here again for a flight connection, but make sure you have some food options for a late supper and an early morning. Breakfast starts at 5am.

Very Noisy!

This hotel is very loud and not built to insulate sound at all. The planes overhead rattle the windows and I could hear people in adjacent rooms very clearly. I couldn’t sleep at all I would not recommend this place if you’re a light sleeper!
