Convenient to tourist attractions & restaurants

Staff was very friendly. Our room was spacious and hotel was convenient & walkable to where we wanted to go. Hotel is older & shows its age with peeling paint around windows & shower could have used a better cleaning.

Room was lovely and very large. Beautiful bed linens and lots of towels in the bathroom. The hotel is getting a bit tired, though. It needs to be renovated. However, for location, comfort and price, it’s one of the best hotels in downtown Toronto.

Stayed here for 5 nights. The staff were nice and helpful. Quiet within the hotel itself. I liked the layout of the room and separate sitting area. The addition of a Coffee maker and microwave were handy. Complimentary coffee, tea and muffins are offered in the lobby from 7am- 9am. Can’t find any faults. Would happily stay here again.

The staff were great! Greeted straight away, they were fast and efficient and answered all questions. The restaurant and room service were closed so we had to call uber eats late at night. Parking was more than adequate and the area was very walkable.

Stayed three nights. Had a fantastic generous spacious room. We enjoyed the hot tub. The coffee each morning. The staff went above and beyond to always greet us and others. Zero issues. Room was serviced daily. Elevators despite busy time nonissue. Staff also approved a late check out and also stored our luggage until late day of check out. These things and the great location make it our go to place. Been before. Will book again hands down. Really enjoyed the stay. Also. Received an Expedia perk upon arrival Val of wine. FYI.

We enjoyed a great stay here while attending a concert in Toronto. The room was spacious and clean, reception staff very helpful and the property location was great. It was easy to walk to from Union train station and just round the corner from the excellent Toronto Eaton shopping centre. Would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Toronto.
