This is an upscale hotel. We had a very large suite. Location is in the middle of everything, a couple blocks from the market. Lots of dining in the area from McDs to nice restaurants. Only negative is that the bar and restaurant in the hotel were permanently closed.

Right downtown. Close to shopping, restaurants , shows and galleries. Very walkable to CN tower, the AGO. The room was really cute with lots of room. Very clean with a thoughtful layout. We’d definitely stay there again

On the pro side, the hotel is conveniently located. The room I booked was totally bland but large. Staff was accommodating, letting me check out an hour late. All that said, I wouldn’t stay again. The gym is beyond busted. The cardio equipment is actually busted. 3 of 4 machines not working. The “working” equipment and everything else is from Y2K. One of 3 elevators didn’t work my entire trip. Which made getting in and out problematic. A lot of crowded trips on a very busy weekend. There’s no on site bar or restaurant, it’s under renovation too. So, if you just want a convenient location and spacious room and don’t care about anything else feel free to stay. I’ll opt for elsewhere.

Very happy we stayed here!

This is a great home base for exploring Toronto! It’s located in easy walking distance to subway and streetcar stops, the ferry to Toronto Island, the Eaton Center mall, theaters, restaurants, St Lawrence market and coffee shops. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Our daughter slept well on the sofa bed. Breakfast is not available but they offer complimentary coffee and muffins in the lobby. Parking was reasonably priced compared to other large cities. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the best hotel for having comfortable beds and pillows. Also very clean with great service. Nice to have the free water and newspaper as well.
