This is our second time staying at this hotel. It’s a great place to stay. The parking is not ideal due to it being downtown but the hotel itself is very nice!

From check in to check out we had a lovely stay at The Cambridge Suites. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the hotel was always clean. The location was amazing, just minutes away for transport, food, shopping and more. The room was spacious and clean and I would highly recommend staying here. If the price remains competitive we will definitely look to stay again.

Check in and out was fast and friendly; we flew in and our bags were held for us so we could roam around a bit. They graciously texted us when the room was ready and we were actually able to check in a bit early. Always saw a security guard on site at night and they do not allow non-guests in rooms which made us feel safe. The staff were always friendly greeting us every time we came and left the lobby. They provided us with an umbrella on a rainy day and kindly gave us complimentary water when we asked for it. The hotel and our suite was extremely clean. They have coffee and muffins available in the mornings in addition to coffee machine in rooms. We stayed 6 nights and we can say Cambridge Suites has the best mattress and pillows we have ever had at a hotel. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay.

Excellent Experience

My family and I had an excellent and amazing experience staying at the Cambridge Suites Hotel, Toronto, Ontario. The hotel suite was very clean and provided excellent and private accommodation space for three adults. Location was great with close proximity to the Eaton Center.

Stayed at this hotel twice in three weeks (thanks Air Canada strikes!). Great location with lots to see and do, all in walking distance. Rooms comfortable size and kept clean. Free coffee and muffins in the mornings is a nice touch. Staff very helpful and friendly, would stay here again.
