The customer service from the staff was outstanding. It was a last minute booking and I made a mistake with my entries. The hotel staff knew exactly what to do to resolve it and guided me through the process. The room was clean and lovely and we took advantage of the little restaurant on the premises. The parking was cleared of snow before we left in the morning. Thank again to all the staff for their hard work.

The service was very bad, the heating system was not working well and they changed my room, but the heating system was not working well and no service technician came after midnight, so I booked the room for 3 days and stayed only one night and had to leave the hotel. Also. Very poor and bad service for breakfast. Unfortunately this service is not up to the standard of a Marriott hotel.
