The hotel was so disrupted by a group of young boys running on 3 and 4th floors., Parents were not responsible for their children. Many of us complained. The parents were extremely rude! If you stay make sure you request a higher floor. No children allowed!

First to start with the front staff was extremely rude kept us waiting since 8am for checkin and let people checkin those who came after us! Then she gave us a tiny room however we paid for king suite ! In place of shower gel there was handwash and we couldn’t even change them! Lastly the wifi hell we had so many meetings and we had to use our data cause the wifi never got connected….and the worst part was we were staying at the property for three days and my partner had to get the room service lady personally from the other room as nobody did it for our days of stay this is extremely bad even after requesting them for several times. extremely disappointed with our stay and will never go back !
