I requested three times for the bedding to be changed due to visible stains, but it was never replaced during my three-night stay, even after speaking directly with both the front desk and housekeeping. The walls are extremely thin, and there is no noise isolation — I could hear everything happening in the adjacent room. One night, the guests next door were loud and smoking weed, which filled the hallway and even my room with the smell. The following night, the couple in the next room were being intimate, and the noise made me very uncomfortable. The bathroom was also unclean, with hair left everywhere, which aggravated my OCD. I asked to check out earlier because of these issues, but the staff were unhelpful. Honestly, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had — I will never stay here again.

I will never book a stay at Four Points again, this was by far the worst hospitality experience I’ve encountered. After a long day of driving, I was looking forward to checking in and getting some much-needed rest. To my shock, I was denied check-in solely because I didn’t have a credit card, despite offering to cover any incidental charges with my debit card. The staff refused to accommodate me in any way, showing zero flexibility or empathy. For travelers who choose not to use credit cards, this hotel is an absolute no-go. Their policy essentially rendered my debit card and my willingness to pay meaningless. It felt less like a security measure and more like a rigid, exclusionary practice that contradicts the spirit of hospitality. After exhausting all options, I had no choice but to book elsewhere. Thankfully, the alternative hotel turned out to be a blessing in disguise: cleaner rooms, complimentary breakfast, and comparable pricing. As for Four Points Meadowvale, Mississauga, it felt less like a welcoming hotel and more like a cold transaction center. The experience was not just inconvenient, it was insulting
