Getting i to this property is hard with very little instrucutions and very hard to do. Not an esy process and takes too long to complete. The condition of the apartment is terrible. Loose floating floors which are easy to trip over. Poor paint work which looks like a 5 year completed. Terrible pillows with no choice... and much more that requires improvent, including the lights are terrible

Communication was okay. We had to figure out how the key fob worked on the front door. Bigger concern for us was dishwasher and washer and dryer were all left full. Left us with limited dishes and we felt like we needed to do some clean up when we arrived - we didn’t!

Unresponsive host and complicated check in. The key didn't lock the door and i tried calling and even msg but no one replied for my entire trip - 4 days. The thermostat didn’t work and again no one got back. The check in process is quite complicated. The instructions says concierge will help and in same document it says concierge cannot help. There is sign at concierge in building for hotel apt booking that they cannot help with anything. Entering the code and run ti elevator in few seconds because elevator needs fob to use which cannot be given until you get to your apartment. But to get to apt u need fob. Crazy. And concierge cannot help. Lol. So be good at running or sprinting. Or just stay away

The property was a good place to stay at, everything was good - however the internet wasn’t working and did not work for the entire duration that I stayed - it likely needed servicing from the service provider; and the TV Roger’s remote wasn’t working as well - it needed to be programmed to the TV either that or there needs to be a new remote for the tv that is easier and more convenient to use.

Comfortable apartment hotel

After some sketchy reviews I was a bit apprehensive about my booking. Turns out it was fine! The apartment is really nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. it was exactly the apartment shown in the pics. Great views too. The check in information is provided a couple of days before you arrive. When you arrive you need to dial an apartment, and they will allow you to enter the elevator (you only have a couple of minutes to do this). The elevators are VERY slow which a few people have commented on. And there was a fire alarm at 1am one night. Both are annoying but are just part of living in a modern high rise. The check in information needs updating as the WiFi password is incorrect. Thankfully there was a qr code. Also the tv is missing the Roku remote so I couldn’t watch it. But it wasn’t a problem. Other than that, all great and I enjoyed my stay.

Great location, beautiful suite but hosts were not great. Communications were terrible. Pull out couches were awful, broken and had gaps in the middle. I addressed this with them and they ignored me. No garbage cans in the suite either. Towels were old and rough. Followed entry instructions but they did not open door for us and we had to email and send text messages for them to actually ket us in. Terrible terrible

The apartment was in terrible condition when I arrived. It was dirty and clearly not prepared for a guest. The dishwasher was still full, the washing machine was stuffed with damp, smelly clothes, and the dryer was full as well. Most of the blinds were broken and kept falling down, making it impossible to have any privacy. This was completely unacceptable and far below the standards I expect.

At first it was confusing for the amount of things I needed to add in order to get the check-in instructions but after providing the deposit a government ID photograph and a selfie of myself then I was able to get the check-in instructions. Getting to the apartment itself for the very first time was super stressful because again the instructions weren't very clear to me in reading it. But after we got in the apartment was very large very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed, we just couldn't find a cups.

Horrible experience, hard to reach by phone, claimed to have parking on the description but when I arrived they said there was no parking available, no instructions until an extra security deposit was paid, unit was small and dirty and they required us to clean everything prior to leaving. Would never recommend
