Air conditioning did not work. Extremely hot inside the condo and barely livable. Asked GLOBALSTAY to report the issue and they wanted a photo of the unit prior to sending someone to look at it. I was unable To provide a photo right away and they never sent anyone. Terrible experience and unsafe condo with no AC.

Their check in emails went to spam and they What's App'd me like spam asking for a deposit. They should handle that through Expedia. There was no shampoo or soap for the shower and when I told them they sort of said oh well. They should have Zelled me money to buy shampoo and soap or get somebody up to fill the empty canisters. I did love the location of the property.

The property was nice. Enjoyed the stay. Global Stay has too many rules for the money they charge. Two people, one key, so one person was always locked out until other party arrived from daily activities. I will use a hotel instead. Plus issues checking in. No one to assist at property. They are apartments in a residential building. Laundry left in washing machine, that I rewashed and folded so I could use the machine. SMH.

My daughter and I were there to check out Toronto. The apartment was sufficient but there was a definite lack of communication and clear information provided that was frustrating. Also, the housecleaning was sloppy and the sliding glass door was broken, which was a safety issue. I fixed it, thankfully. It wasnt bad but we will likely not stay there again
