The hotel is clean, and have accommodating staff. Breakfast is average. The commute to airport is very tricky. The shuttle rides is very limited to airport, makes couple times in the morning and after 4 pm till 8 pm. We missed it due to delay of the plane and had to use uber.

The app indicates the hotel Provides room service but they don’t. I wanted to pay debit at check out and the two ladies at the front desk acted like I was weird. They also didn’t confirm how my stay was or tell me to have a nice day. Poor hospitality compared to other experiences.

I was surprised by the amount of the damage deposit per room charged on at checkin for my 1 night stay which has still not been refunded 1 week later. When will I receive my deposits back?

I would stay here again. The bed was extremely clean and super comfortable. Room had everything you would need. I was slightly disappointed that the fire pit and outdoor seating wasn’t out for me to relax with my cocktail in true Canadian style as this was a key factor in my booking this place but otherwise the pool was great and food at the cannery was great. A big coach load of young kids stayed and made quite a lot of noise on arrival but this settled down by sleep time. Thankyou all for a pleasant stay.

I didn’t really feel welcomed. Or felt like I made an error in my reservation. I had chosen two queens not knowing that it was a handicapped reservation. The two receptionists had a conversation in front of us as if I wasn’t there “what if someone needs their room?” I don’t know if someone was training but it was really the oddest check in I’ve experienced as a guest. I asked, is there a problem with my reservation? And they acted surprised I asked. I didn’t know if breakfast was included in my stay and the guest services line was disconnected or always busy. I think I’ll stick to booking elsewhere next time
