Hilton is a hotel we book often this was a little old because the mattress were not great. when i booked Expedia cut in and took over my booking which i did not like. we should have choice to book with hotel direct or search again to get help to book. Expedia just took over. When you deal with Expedia you do not get a chance to change anything because you are not dealing with hotel and they cant make any changes. you do not get a check out bill because dealt with Expedia. Just not happy with this arrangements. What was good was the staff and the room was very clean and no carpets.

The hotel itself was nice, service was great and the staff were friendly. The rooms were dated, with the bed being extremely uncomfortable. The pool was warm, waterslide broken.

We never got to stay at the Hotel. Our flight back into Toronto from the Dominican was cancelled and when I tried to cancel the Hotel the Expedia site said to contact the Hotel and the Hotel said that since it was booked through a third party (Expedia) we had to cancel through them and since we were past the 24 hr. deadline we couldn't and I had no number to call Expedia.

Mattress really needs to get replaced as it’s uneven when laying down. Very difficult to get comfortable. Asides from the mattress, everything else was up to par.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff were great and helpful. The pool and hot tub were very clean and kept at the perfect temperatures. Rooms very clean and spacious, however the beds were hard and left a little to be desired. Comfortable stay over all though.
