We’ve stayed here multiple times and this weekend just wasn’t up to their usual standards. In a chilly room with heat that didn’t work (not freezing, just chilly), a light that kept randomly flashing all night despite being off and 3 housekeepers having a lively “debate” outside our door in the morning. Not enough to deter us from staying here again but still not up to their usual levels.
