Like a courtesy to guest in the hotel

This was our second visit to the hotel visiting family. We have booked two rooms and they asked us if we wanted to join your rooms and we said that would be wonderful so they switched our rooms the room Domingo was in. We had issues with the hot water, we will turn cold And then after our long trip we were sleeping because we arrived at around 4:30 after 8 Hour Dr. and they were doing work and either the room above us or next to us for the last two days we called and complained but nothing Nothing was done. I was not very happy with the outcome of our stay there. Our first day was wonderful. That’s why we rebooked it. Not sure how I really feel about the place today.

Not very good experience this time

I have been staying in this hotel couple of times in the past. The surrounding transportation is convenient and many restaurants. The lobby staff are very nice and even found my lost cellphone. But this time the only drawback is that there’s construction on the 6th floor which is noisy during the daytime, and the smell of paint in the corridors and rooms is too strong, so be careful if you have allergies. BTW, a bit noisy with air conditioning.
