Customer service was top-knotch. After a late arrival, I was able to order a late dinner to my room - the food was delicious and arrived quickly. The room was spacious and clean. Grab and Go food is available at the front desk area, plus a large menu available from the on-site restaurant and bar. Excellent! My only negative would be that I needed at least one more USB charging port. The only one available in the room was on the alarm clock.

I believe your hotel policy needs to be revised. I recently made a reservation, but within 10 minutes, I needed to cancel due to a change in my flight. Unfortunately, the staff did not assist me and kept the full amount I had paid. This is unacceptable. As a Hilton brand, I expected better service. I will not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

Very good for one or two night stop over. Excellent pool and leisure centre. Annoyingly couldn't check out at 4.15am as room charge not yet on account despite this being a 24/7 airport hotel!

Nice hotel, clean, quiet and just what we needed for our overnight stay in Toronto. Only stayed one night as we were connecting to another flight in the morning. Arrived 11pm and left 6am . Shuttle was convenient and on time. Only 5 minutes to the airport.
