Staff was pleasant and helpful! The lobby, bar and restaurant is VERY loud and fits well for groups on retreats, meetings or conferences but not great for quiet relaxation. The slightly dated and aging room (tub shows staining from age, lighting is dim, furnishings not thoughtfully arranged for useful space) serves well as a clean place to sleep but seemed a little baren and institutional. So, not the warm type of place that you want to stay in at, more of the "just want a clean place to sleep" kind of feel.
