When I arrived at about 1 am, I was told that my room was not available due to some kind of problem. They rebooked me into another hotel; it was about 2.30 by the time I got to bed. When you are looking at only 7 hours sleep, losing 90 minutes is a big deal.

Room was spacious and bathroom lovely, external areas were quite dirty around our room. Hotel was very busy so there was often a long wait for a full elevator, overall the hotel was really good, expensive but it is city centre. The pool was lovely but a bit small given the size of the property
