The hotel was a little dated for the price. The room didn’t have a main light (had to switch several lamps manually), a manual AC (don’t forget to switch it off when you leave the room), and the bed was a bit uncomfortable with the dented areas. The view of the CN tower was nice though.

This hotel was great location wise. There were plenty of restaurant options, and it was accessible to all the areas of Toronto we were interested in visiting. We especially enjoyed the two restaurants on the premises and the indoor/outdoor pool.

Front desk was great

Oir stay at the Hilton was good. We were unable to xheck via the app as no rooms were ready upon check in and prompted us to visit the check in counter. The lady at the desk was very friendly and considerate of our plans for the evening and offered us a room upgrade at no change. The room itself was very clean and spacious but as a double queen room, only provided 1 chair and only 1 nightstand inbetween the beds. Not ideal for the other 2 people for their water, phones for chargung, etc. Only real issue we had was arriving back to our room around midnight and the manager on duty had been dealing with an intoxicsted male guest who didnt have a room key but insisted he was staying on the 18th floor. The manager forced him into the same elevator as us and entered the 18 button. We were 4 females staying on the 25th floor. The man refused to get out when it stopped on 18 and followed us off on our floor. We were incredibky uncomfortable and ran to our room pretty quickly. Otherwise, we were pleased with our stay and loved the ability to check out using the app. Would definitely use the valet parking in the future though as our parking garage fee was an absurd $74 for less than 24 hours.

Stayed one night with friends. Hotel is newly renovated. Rooms are nice. Hotel pool is small, quite crowded - and not sufficient chairs but it was a hot July afternoon. Frenchy’s for breakfast was good. Would recommend.
