First of all when I order the room, I see the picture they serve the breakfast and I accepted and I am in the order and I pay for the breakfast pay for the room pay for living there when I get there I asked what time the breakfast will be start. She says 7 o’clock when we walk to the breakfast area She was so mean and she said you didn’t not sign up the breakfast with the app I surprise for a little bit and then I ask her when I purchase the application that time was included breakfast and room altogether in one how come I did not show up separate categories room price Plus the breakfast price. I’m not sure why but the thing is if it’s two separate price, it should be mentioned an ad before we order the room but anyway, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Whenever we use the bathroom, the whole room get stunk, which is not good when I call the front desk. They say we have a central exhaust on the building originally need each bathroom exhaust by code. Thank you.

The bed was comfortable, however the AC was too cold. It was not even 11am (check out time, and a lady just came inside the room), we were preparing to leave and gather our stuff. I chose the Holiday Inn because it often times has breakfast included - the wording was confusing and we ended up not getting breakfast included. The room was comfortable, but there must be improvement

I don’t normally leave bad reviews because I believe in giving grace however in this instance they need to be told. I could not eat breakfast at there. They first morning I went down, there were bugs crawling on the bread and fruit. I brought it to someone’s attention and she took it away. The shower curtain was dirty, we had to request for that to be changed

I am outraged by the way my recent booking issue has been handled. I was charged $640 for two nights at “Holiday Inn Mississauga Toronto West by IHG”despite not checking in and despite the hotel manager agreeing that a refund was reasonable. The hotel’s rigid “no cancellation before deadline = full charge” policy is nothing short of predatory. When I spoke with the manager, she confirmed she would have processed a refund if the booking had been made directly with them, but because it was made through Expedia, I was told to deal with them. This is unacceptable. Expedia’s system should protect customers from these situations—especially when multiple bookings for the same dates are made through your platform. You should be notifying customers before such excessive charges are applied. I am demanding a full refund of the $640 immediately.

This is an old place and unfortunately the options in Ontario for good hotels at affordable rates are very very limited. I had to stay the night in the city and this was the only option that was a decent enough of a price (still high for the limited options)
