The parking by the Marriott hotel was $27 for 24 hours and Holiday Inn parking was $40 for overnight. I think that Holiday Inn parking should be competitive and match the $27. Other than that, the room is very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Overall, the hotel looks nice.

Good stay at Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto. On the 3rd day of my visit. I asked the Front Desk Staff that I be gone for the day. Asked if my Room can be cleaned with fresh Towels. When I came back my instructions were not followed. Also I asjed Front Desk Staff for a Wake Up Phone on the day of my Departure. No phone call from Front Desk Staff. They said they were sorry. Good thing I woke up in time or I would have missed my Flight

The rooms are incredibly small. The website says for 3 adults but you cannot pass each other in the room as no space. There was an awful musky smell in the room - I would assume from the carpets which looked very old. The only good thing was it's location was convenient. I will not be booking here again.

I’m not used to big cities so I was a little worried about getting a hotel downtown but the hotel was very clean and the lobby and restaurant are great. Walking around outside felt safe. The grocery store just down the block made it easy to eat healthy and save on food. It is super close to the subway which is super easy to use to get downtown to the blue jays game or museum’s. There are so many options for nearby easy lunch or snacks including Tim Hortons, subway and pizza pizza. I have zero complaints and would stay here again if I go back to visit Toronto.
