I stayed for two nights in December 1 & 2 in a King Executive room on the 21st floor. My only complaint was the noise due to old windows. I mentioned this in passing at the front desk, and they advised they were in process of rolling out better window noise insulation and had already completed through the 6th floor. The customer service was exceptional, each interaction with the site staff was professional and positive. I didn’t have the opportunity to use the amenities (pool - gym was closed for renovations but the hotel had co-ordinated a partnership with a nearby facility for guests to use their gym). The room was small, but had a comfortable bed and a functional layout. Space along the foot was tight, but I was able to easily pass by to access the desk area along the window. Desk set up was great (rolling desk adjacent to a fixed counter, which elevated my laptop/screen) and the fixed counter was host to a Keurig coffee maker/coffee area. I will stay again. The hotel exceeded all my expectations for the price I paid.
