Perfectly lovely downtown hotel. Parking was a little tight for bigger cars (minivan), but otherwise easy. The staff were very nice. They had one elevator down and that increased wait times for the elevators, but otherwise a very nice place.

We had a terrible experience with our recent booking. The hotel looked great in the pictures, but the actual room was a letdown. It smelled bad, and when we asked to switch rooms, the staff became argumentative and uncooperative. The manager didn’t step in to help, and the overall attitude was rude. We’ll never book with them again.

Didn’t like the rooms beside us opening and slamming their doors all night with the security latch pulled across so their doors didn’t actually close. They were coming and going all night. And could hear a lot of street noise.
