Great location

First of all, Paulette in housekeeping gets 10/10. She was very friendly and pleasant. The hotel location is walking distance from a variety of restaurants and entertainment. I booked a suite for my son and I. The space was perfect size for 2 . He even had a half bathroom. There are some minor renovations that van be done in guest rooms. Otherwise, I would stay again

property is in a nice location and close to the mall, the king room was nice it had a view of the tower but the bathroom was tiny you could barely even get in with the door and i also had to call 2 times to get a rob and then it took 45 mins, the AC in the lobby doesn’t work very well and the elevators can get really clogged up sometimes, the front check in service was all round just okay

We stayed 2 nights here for “Family Vacation”. Staff were very friendly and welcoming with smooth check-in. Our room was spacious with a King bed and clean! One of the tooth brush and mouthwash in a bath room was already open so we didn’t touch them. We had buffet breakfast in the hotel and it was great especially, our kid (8) could eat for free! Overall, we had an amazing stay at this hotel! 5/5
