Airport shuttle was fine: Room was fine but not recently updated. I was exhausted after a number of flights and was shocked how difficult it was to get ANYONE on the phone! There was no room service and even once I decided to order something and pick it up I couldn’t reach the restaurant or the front desk or the operator. Will never stay there again

The hotel needs some updates! My room was noisy because of the hwy, and I found the hallways where the rooms were unsafe due to carpeting buckling. The food in the bistro was good and the waiter polite.

So impressed!!!! We stayed one night, picked up at the airport by the free shuttle, staff were so friendly and the room was gorgeous. Ate in the restaurant for a late dinner and my chicken wrap was excellent! Swam in the huge pool early this morning and was very impressed with the gym. We had checked out at 10 am then our plans changed so they quickly managed to get us back into our room till our ride arrived at noon. 5/5!!!

The hotel was really ok it’s just our air conditioner was broken and maintenance couldn’t fix it .. it was so late to move rooms as we had unpacked sadly. Thought hotel a bit tired. The staff were great and the guy driving the airport bus was amazing very helpful.
