Called ahead to see if room was ready for early check in and they said yes. Once we showed up, decided we wanted to be on the same floor as teammates. They said it might be an extra hour…no problem. We loaded our stuff into the teammates room to wait. Check in is 3pm and we checked back at reception twice. Don’t get the call our room was ready until 4:30. This was the only real negative part of the stay. Why didn’t take until 4:30 for our room to be ready of check in is at 3pm? Other than that, room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and no one complained about our kids running up and down the halls (we were in rooms by 10:30). It would be a nice place to stay if needed for a week or so based on the floor plan. I would stay again.

Drucilla at the front desk made our late check in a dream. There were a lot of loud people in the lounge at 11pm and as two couples who had travelled all day, she ensured we had rooms in a very quiet section of the hotel. We loved the snacks too! The decor is dated but everything is spotless and comfortable! Drucilla was lovely!

We room was comfortable although there were indications of wear in a few places (chair, baseboards). The kitchen area was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good --- lots of options.

The room was underwhelming. I was expecting something nicer from a two bedroom suite. The bathrroms were not in good repair( the toilet handle was jpside down, the bathtub stopper didnt work, the trim on the bathtub tap was loose) all minor things but disappointing. The mattress was way too firm. The breakfast buffet was very nice. I dont think i would choose this hotel if i traveled this way again.

Check in was quick and friendly. The room was spacious for a family of 5. (2 beds + pullout couch) however when we removed the throw pillow and couch cushions to make the pullout couch we found popcorn everywhere. Kinda gross.
