Hotel - The room was spotless, newer and modern hotel. There is another hotel beside it. Another is being built close by too. Very well located in Vaughan. Walmart is a few steps away if you need groceries. Even though we didn’t cook in the kitchen, during our stay. There’s lots and pans, cutlery, wine bottle opener. Although no bottle opener. Staff - The staff throughout our stay were so friendly, helpful and professional. Amenities and misc: We can adjust the room temperature in the room, great lighting and loved the lighting from the bathroom mirror! We requested and were given a late checkout. The hot tub and pool was smaller than we thought, but no complaints. If you want to turn on the jets, the green button is on the wall. Breakfast choices were awesome, they have a croissant that’s really delicious! Chia pudding, more than the usual continental breakfast we get at other brands. Safety - Lots of parking and even had a security guarding the main door at night. You cannot use the elevator unless you have a keycard. I appreciate that security

It was a good experience. I told them that my child has a fur allergy. They changed the heater filter and did a deep clean with a vacuum. Thanks to that, we could have a comfortable day. I also think the free breakfast is a big benefit as well.

I have stayed there a few times and I was pleasantly surprised to see they had renovated in the rooms were clean and updated the last time I stayed there they were very worn and rundown. The staff was great. They were very friendly helpful.

Excellent service, excellent amenities. The rooms are deodorized when cleaned. If you are sensitive to fumes/smells you can call ahead and ask them not to use deodorizer in your room. Bring a plug-in head set for the peloton.

Asked for bedding for the pull out couch when we booked. Checked in late, when we got to the room the pull out bed was made into a bed for us! It saved so much time and we appreciated being able to get the kids to sleep much sooner. Super helpful!

Staff were courteous and room was neat and tidy. We just were unlucky for the out-of-stock toothbrush. Love the pool area and the breakfast time. Staff were quick to hand us extra towels when we called the front desk after we were in the pool.

I enjoyed my stay here, the rooms were very clean and well kept. My stay at home wood suites felt like home. My fiancé and I stayed here for Christmas weekend and we had and amazing time. The only issue we had is the breakfast, we hated the breakfast so much it tasted terrible, very tasteless food and there isn't much breakfast options. But none the less we will definitely visit this amazing hotel again.
