This hotel was central to where I needed to be and it did not let me down. Every staff member that I interacted with was fantastic. From the moment Nadia checked me in to the service from Gabbie on the 28th floor I felt very welcomed and looked after. I had a beautiful view on the 24th floor, the room was beautiful and very clean. The food in any of their restaurants was cooked to perfection and tasted out of this world. If you have not stayed at this hotel you should.

We arrived an hour after check in (at 5pm) and our room was not ready. We had to wait an additional 35 minutes to get our room. Then when we got to our room we had two queen beds vs 1 king as we had booked. Otherwise the hotel was great. We booked it for walking to concert at Budweiser Stage so that was super convenient. Gym was excellent. Dinner at Roses fab. For price paid for one night would have liked our room to be ready when arriving an hour after check in time or compensation for something in lieu of that.

The front desk staff were good but it’s a higher turnover hotel than we are used to. Nothing in the area. Good for shows but otherwise no. No hot tub no ice machines?? Strange. Couldn’t get a beer at the restaurant even though ic was staying at the hotel? Strange. Way over priced compared to the ritz or s Regis ok but I won’t be back.

From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the monent we were taken back, the service at Hotel X was superb! The staff were helpful but not imposing. We only tried one restaurant due to time constraints, but the food was delicious and good serving sizes.Located near Ontario Place, it was close to our destination event. Our only regret was that we couldnt have spent more time at Hotel X. Next visit for sure!!

We had a great stay, check out is later then what I’m use to with other hotels . The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. It felt like there was no one in the hotel but us even though wedding were going on both nights we stayed . Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough
